Travel policies

At Favora Experience, we want your experience to be clear and secure from the moment you book. Therefore, we invite you to review our policies before confirming your service.

1. Booking and confirmation
All bookings must be requested through our official customer service channels.

The booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the corresponding payment receipt or deposit and confirmation from Favora Experience.

Availability is subject to confirmation with the service provider.

2. Payments
The amount of the deposit or payment required will depend on the selected service and will be informed in advance by our team.

The outstanding balance must be paid within the deadline indicated at the time of booking.
Once any payment has been made, the client must send the receipt to validate the booking.

3. Booking changes
Any modification to the date, number of people, service, or other booking details must be requested in advance.

Changes are subject to availability and the conditions established by the service provider.

A date change may result in fare differences.

4. Cancellations
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the service, provider, and type of booking.

Before making payment, the client will be informed about the specific conditions applicable to their booking.

When a booking is non-refundable, the amount paid cannot be returned.

5. No-show
In the event that the client does not appear at the place and time established for the service (no-show), the booking may be considered used and no refund will be issued, unless the provider's specific conditions indicate otherwise.

6. Delays
The client is responsible for arriving with the advance notice indicated for each activity, transfer, or tour.

Delays caused by the client that result in the loss of a service will not necessarily imply a refund.

7. Provider conditions
Favora Experience acts as an agency and marketing channel for various tourism services offered by third parties.

Schedules, routes, vessels, establishments, activities, and other conditions may be subject to change by the provider, weather conditions, operational factors, or external circumstances.

8. Weather conditions and force majeure
Some activities, especially those related to maritime transport and outdoor activities, may be subject to weather and safety conditions.

When a service must be modified, rescheduled, or canceled for reasons of safety, weather, or force majeure, the conditions established by the corresponding provider will apply.

9. Information provided by the client
The client is responsible for correctly providing the necessary data to make the booking, including names, number of people, date, times, and other requested information.

Favora Experience is not responsible for any inconveniences caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

10. Acceptance of policies

By making a booking with Favora Experience, the client declares to have read and accepted these policies, as well as the specific conditions informed for the selected service.
